Your responsibilities:

• Communication with subscribers: You are the direct point of contact for our clients on OnlyFans and build strong relationships with subscribers.
• Selling and promoting content: You will drive the sales of exclusive content and offer tailored experiences.
• Customer retention: With your charming and empathetic approach, you ensure high customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
• Sales and upselling: You identify sales opportunities and increase revenue through targeted communication.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence: You know how to communicate with people on an equal level and are skilled in building trustful and engaging conversations.
• Language skills: You have excellent proficiency in either English or German, both spoken and written.
• Sales talent: You are motivated to sell content and find creative solutions to meet the needs of our subscribers.
• Experience: Experience in chatting or customer service is a plus, but newcomers are welcome if they bring the right attitude.
• Flexibility and teamwork: You enjoy working in a team but are also able to work independently and take initiative.
